Beautiful Bella Deserved the BEST

Bella's story is similar to many dogs who survived the streets of Denver, CO. Maxfund of Denver is a local no-kill shelter where I first met Bella.  She had been turned in as a stray, and she had a few personality quirks to show how well she survived and thrived on her own.  After waiting a week to double check no humans were searching for her, she walked out of the rescue tail wagging and a smile that melted my heart.

At the time, I just started my personal training business which kept me out of the house and off the couch.  Bella became my mascot - she greeted everyone at the start of class, encouraged them to go harder (as she pulled them up the stairs), and then gave them plenty of rewarding kisses to let them know they did well. But after 10 years of hiking, running, and stepping I noticed signs of her achy joints and tightness in her back. As a trainer,  I was familiar with identifying the signs of discomfort and weakness in a human's body - and I was able to use that same knowledge on Bella. I knew that she needed rehabilitation and therapy to continue to stay strong.  Thankfully, I found Dr. Michele.

Dr. Michele evaluated Bella and immediately knew she could help reduce Bella's pain and increase her mobility.  I was warned that Bella would not be the same energetic pup as in past years, but that her quality of life would be greatly improved.  Dr. Michele used laser treatment, spinal adjustments, provided daily stretches and exercises which we adhered to religiously.

Bella stayed with me until April 15, 2024.  My heart and soul dog.  I know I was incredibly lucky that she chose me to be her human.  I know I was incredibly fortunate to have a skilled, knowledgeable and caring rehab specialist available to care for Bella.  I am surprised at how few pet owners are aware that there are so many physical therapy related services for animals just as there are for people.  That is why my goal for TMM Digital Marketing is to educate humans about who to trust and what to look for when selecting a healthcare provider for your furry friend!
